No older than 1963, according to the ILGWU label. This is a heavy mid length winter coat, with an aline swing silhouette. This has openings at sides of waist to insert a belt, but the belt tightens the waist and lets the back flow free (that's "watteau"). Belt shown not included so you'd have to find one.
