Swiss dot skirt but with stars instead of dots. Metal zipper, built in crinoline and liner beneath. bust measured 16" across while laying flat but fit the 35" bust on the dress form nicely, waist measured 13", the dress form is a 25" waist. The big velvet bow snaps to secure it. Lipstick red color is gorgeous in velvet. Perfect pinup pageant, vlv dress, Vegas wedding, or prom dress.
