Its a great deal at three mana, but when you can split that over two turns, it gets even better

Ozai, the Phoenix King allows you to keep mana in your pool that would otherwise empty making him kind of like a Rakdos version of the original Omnath, except he also provides some mana from Firebending to get you going

I wouldnt expect to get this card often, since its much lower on the pick order than basically any other archetype would have it

To repeat my example, Display of Dominance wouldnt affect Kenrith at all

You may want to consider Reliquary Tower if you build something similar, you'll always have a full hand or more
