Of note: If you cast a Fact or Fiction with an opposing spell on the stack, you may be able to fool your opponent into splitting the piles in such a way that they put the Force of Negation or other counterspell in the two-card pile, thinking that you may feel compelled to take the smaller pile in order to counter their spell
