Convite Pechuga Mezcal kosher and hand-selected from the 2009Pechuga is a special recipe passed down for generations in Oaxaca made for special celebrations. Local fruits, herbs, spices and turkey breast are added to the second distillation. As the mezcal cooks, the vapors mingle with the ingredients, so their flavor is instilled into the finished spirit.
