Luscious, voluminous, spicy, textural, with beautiful earthiness. Really perfumed, golden and generous in the mouth, but cut by fabulous tart fruit skin extract. The nose is almond meal and husk, vanilla and orange oil; the palate of custard apple and baked quince is full, suave, superfine and goes on and on. Enjoy with white fish.
