I believe it was made for holding clothes pins the bib flips up and there is a lined pocket there with room to hold a good handful. (Or a whole bunch of diaper pins, or many other little things too!) Velvet, with pale pink and cream satin applique flowers and (especially good) crescent moon, plus satin ruffle all the
